About Us

SBOA Tenant Insurance (SBOATI) was created by self storage owners for self storage owners. Our mission is to create an opportunity for self storage owners and operators to provide a great product and service to their customers, while sharing in the success.

The SBOATI team brings a variety of experience to this venture, including ownership and operation of numerous self storage facilities over a 20-year period, insurance industry administration and sales, and extensive experience with the formation and operation of similar self storage tenant insurance programs.

The Storage Business Owners Alliance, LLC (“SBOA”) Tenant Insurance program is offered by Cornerstone Agency Services, LLC (“Cornerstone,” California License CA0H87073) and it is not currently available in all states.
